摘要
目的:综述巯基化合物对非金属毒物中毒解毒作用的进展.方法:通过离体细胞培养、整体动物急性实验和中毒病人的临床救治等途径观察.结果:巯基是许多蛋白和酶保持正常结构和功能的重要基团,外源性巯基化合物可以保持细胞内巯基氧化还原的正常比率和蛋白巯基的功能状态,还可通过其它机制参与机体多种功能的调节.许多实验证明,巯基化合物对农药、甲苯四氢吡咤、甲萘醌等非金属毒物中毒的解毒作用.结论:巯基化合物对某些非金属毒物中毒有保护和治疗作用.
Thiols, especially dithiol agents, with their powerful cleaning action, have been used as specific antidotes for poisoning caused by many heavy metals and metalloids. They have also been demonstrated to be effective in the prevention and treatment of poisoning of non-metallic toxicants. Thioi groups play a major role in the maintenance of normal structure and functions of many proteins including enzymes. Exogenous thiols can maintain the redox rate of intracellular thiol groups and the function of thiol proteins. Thiols are also involved in the mediation of functions via various mechanisms. Recently, more attentions are paid to the role that thiols play in the detoxification of non-metallic toxicants such as some pesticides, mena-dione, ethanol etc. The latest developments in these respects are briefly reviewed in this paper.
