颅内节细胞胶质瘤的影像学表现及鉴别诊断

Imaging Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Intracranial Gangliogliomas:A Report of 5 Cases and Review of the Literature

目的探讨颅内节细胞胶质瘤的影像学表现及其鉴别诊断。资料与方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的颅内节细胞胶质瘤的影像学表现。5例均进行CT平扫及MRI平扫和增强。结果 5例肿瘤均位于幕上,3例位于右侧颞叶,1例位于左侧颞叶,1例同时位于右侧额颞叶;5例中3例表现为囊实性肿块,1例为实性肿块,增强后实性成分强化;4例见到钙化;5例肿瘤中仅1例于肿瘤周围可见轻度水肿。结论颅内节细胞胶质瘤的影像学表现有一定的特征性,可提示其诊断。

Objective To explore imaging features and differential diagnosis of intracranial gangliogliomas.Materials and Methods Five patients with cerebral gangliogliom a confirmed by operation and histopathologic examination were reviewed retrospectively.,and analyzed the MRI findings.Pre-contrast CT scan and pre-and post-contrast MRI scan were performed in five patients.Results 5 tumors all located in supratentorial region.3 tumors located in the right temporal lobe,1 tumor in the left temporal lobe,1 tumor located in the frontal-temporal lobe;Cystic-solid tumor was observed in 3 patients and solid tumor was seen in 1 case with enhancement of solid components;4 tumors could be seen calcification;Only 1 tumor could be seen mild edema in the adjacent white matter.Conclusion Intracranial Gangliogliomas have certain characteristic imaging features,which are helpful to suggest the diagnosis.
