应急物流运输方案的决策模型研究

Research on Decision-making Model of Emergency Logistics Transport Scheme

近几年来,应急物流越来越受到人们的瞩目。为了进一步加强应急物流的研究,本文从微观角度构建应急物资运输方案决策模型方向进行探索。鉴于有关应急物资运输方案决策的大量模型缺乏对风险决策的考虑,本文以运筹学风险决策工具效用函数为基础,提出在应急物流中面对的风险决策问题,以及如何利用效用函数构建模型进行决策才能达到目标的最优化,并与其他决策工具得出的结果相比较进一步完善模型。

In recent years,emergency logistics has drawn more and more people＇s attention.To further study the emergency logistics,this paper explored to build the decision-making model of materials transportation emergency program from the microscopic point of view.In view of the consideration that many decision-making models of emergency transport program are lack of risk decision,based on the operations risk decision-making tools utility function,this paper proposed the problems in risk decision-making faced by emergency logistics,and discussed how to build decision-making models by using utility function to optimize the goal and further improve the model by comparing other decision-making tools.
