摘要
卡介苗素具有平喘作用,主要含多糖和核酸两种组分,为明确其有效成分,将卡介苗素经核酸酶酶解,去除其中的核酸组成后,经Sephadex G100 柱层析分离纯化,得到一种白色粉末状多糖———卡介菌多糖(BCGPSA) 。该多糖经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,Sephadex G200 柱层析证实为均一成分。对BCGPSA的化学组成分析表明,该多糖的分子量为1-705 ×105 ,不含硫酸基和糖醛酸。经纸层析、薄层层析及气相层析确证,其单糖组成仅为D葡萄糖,属均一多糖类。对BCGPSA 的药理研究表明,该多糖具有明显的免疫调节功能和平喘作用,且毒性很小,是卡介苗素抗哮喘的有效成分。
