重组链激酶三种复性方式的比较

Comparasion of Three Renaturation Techniques of Recombinant Streptokinase

通过生物活性测定发现重组链激酶的活性与溶液中的尿素浓度大小无关，因此活性测定得以简化。在此基础上，对重组链激酶的三种复性方式进行了比较。实验证明，柱上复性快速，高效（回收率达９０ ％ 以上），易放大，适用于链激酶生产。

Based on the discovery that the activity of recombinant streptokinase (rSK) is independent with the solution urea concentration, a simplified method in measuring rSK activity is introduced. Comparing with two commonly protein renaturation techniques, renaturation on the chromatographic column shows to be more superior in speed, recovery and easy to be scaled up.
