随着社会的发展,很多地方的老档案馆已经不能适应时代的需要,所以纷纷开始建设新馆。因此,开发新的智能库馆系统势在必行。通过详细地分析与设计,我们设计了一套高智能库管系统。智能库馆系统包括了监控系统和管理系统。监控系统主要实现对档案馆中消防、安防、库房温湿度等的一站式监控管理。管理系统的功能主要有:档案馆资源管理、监控管理、行政管理。在整个开发过程中,每一步都严格按照软件工程的开发方法,大大提高了系统的整体性能和运行效率。

With the development of society,old archives in many places have been unable to meet the needs of the times,so have started building new archives.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new intelligent warehouse archives system.Through detailed analysis and design,we designed an intelligent warehouse archives system.The intelligent warehouse archives system includes monitoring system and management system.Monitoring system mainly achieves archives of fire,security,warehouse temperature and humidity and so on,one-stop monitoring and management.The management system＇s functions mainly include archives resource management,monitoring management,administration.Throughout the software development process we used software engineering method each step.This improves whole performance and running efficiency of the system greatly.
