摘要 以国产Candida lypolytica lipase 脂肪酶(CLL) 为手性催化剂催化布洛芬酯对映选择性水解。研究底物修饰、pH、温度和有机辅溶剂对拆分转化率和对映选择性的影响。CLL催化布洛芬乙酯水解的优势产物为S布洛芬。在最优反应条件下,转化率30-2% ,对映体过量为83-8 % 。 Candida lypolytica lipase(CLL) was used as a chiral resoluting catalyst for the enantioselective Hydrolysis of ibuprofen esters The effects of substrate modification, pH, temperature and cosolvents on the conversion and enantiomeric excess (ee) were studied The product of Candida lypolytica lipase catalyzed hydrolysis of ibuprofen ethyl ester was S ibuprofen Under the optimal reaction conditions, the conversion and enantiomeric excess (ee) were 30 2% and 83 8% respectively
