摘要
近几年来,人们对隐性知识的关注度逐渐提高,国内外学者围绕这一理论也作了相关的研究。本文围绕隐性知识的内涵、分类、测量、获取以及转化等方面的研究成果进行了归纳总结,并对隐性知识的多角度研究作出了展望。
In recent years,people concerned about tacit knowledge increasingly,and domestic and foreign scholars also made this theory-related research.This paper focuses on research results about the meaning,classification,measurement,acquisition and conversion of tacit knowledge,and summarized them,at last looks ahead about the multi-perspective research of the tacit knowledge.
