静息态脑功能磁共振的低频振荡信号及其应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 功能磁共振是目前研究人脑工作的有效手段。通过局部刺激诱导脑血氧水平的血液动力学改变,从而间接反应神经活动情况。大部分功能磁共振研究是通过比较刺激组和对照组(或者基线)血氧水平依赖(bloodoxygenationlevel—dependent,BOLD)信号强度的改变,因此对照组的精心设计能使得特殊刺激的神经活动信号改变显得更有意义。
