摘要
患者女，71岁，右利手，因“言语错乱伴左侧肢体无力13d”于2010年8月10口入院。患者入院前13d晨起后去卫牛间时突然出现左肢体无力，左下肢持物不稳，左下肢行走费力，走路需他人搀扶，双眼发直，言语错乱，自诉自己左手为孙子的手，不是自己的手，左手被别人控制，两个手握在一起会打架。左手存在不自主摸索动作。
