补肾活血祛痰方对兔激素性股骨头坏死脂代谢的影响

The influence of prescription including supplement kidney,invigorate blood and dispel phlegm on SONFH rabbits′ blood lipid metabolism

目的:研究中药补肾活血祛痰组方健骨方对家兔激素性股骨头坏死(SONFH)脂代谢的影响和预防SONFH的效果。方法:将30只家兔按体重均衡原则随机分成四组:正常组(A组)6只、模型组(B组)8只、中药低剂量组(C组)8只、中药高剂量组(D组)8只。C组予健骨方混悬液灌胃(含生药3.6 g/kg/d),D组予健骨方混悬液灌胃(含生药7.19 g/kg/d),连续用药3周后,对B组、C组、D组肌内注射甲基泼尼龙琥珀酸钠20 mg/(kg.d),再用药3周,检测各组血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、胆固醇(TCHO)、三酰甘油(TRIG),剖取右后侧股骨头行病理组织学检测。结果:B组血清HDL水平低于A组和D组(P<0.05),同C组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组血清TCHO水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组血清TRIG水平明显高于A组(P<0.01),高于C组、D组(P<0.05)。B组股骨头坏死面积和坏死率明显高于A组、C组、D组(P<0.01)。结论:激素可导致兔血脂代谢紊乱,股骨头坏死。健骨方能改善激素引起的血脂代谢紊乱,对家兔SONFH有预防作用。

Objective To study the influence of the prescription including supplement kidney,invigorate blood and dispel phlegm of prescription of Jian Gu on SONFH rabbits′ blood lipid metabolism and the therapeutic effects on SONFH prevention.Method Total 30 healthy rabbits were randomly allotted to 4 groups by weight：the normal group（group A,6 rabbits）,the model group（group B,8 rabbits）,the low-dosage group of TCM（group C,8 rabbits）,the high-dosage group of TCM（group D,8 rabbits）.The group C were intragastrically perfused with suspension of prescription of Jian Gu [effective components was 3.6 g/（kg·d）],and the group C was 7.19 g/（kg·d）.After gavage for 3 weeks,the group B,group C and group D were injected sodium succinate methylprednisolone 20 mg/kg for one time,continued the original programme for another 3 weeks,the serum of HDL,TCHO,TRIG were measured,took the right posterior femoral head and observed pathology.Results The serum HDL of group B was lower than group A and group D,which had a statistical significance（P0.05）,and there was no statistical significance in comparison with group B and group C（P0.05）;there was no statistical significance compared between each group in the serum TCHO（P0.05）;the serum TRIG of group B was higher than group A（P0.01）,and higher than group C and group D（P0.05）.The necrotic area and necrotic rate of group B were much higher than the other three groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Hormone would cause abnormal blood lipid metabolisom,which causes SONFH happen.Prescription of Jian Gu would prevent SONFH through improving the abnormal blood lipid metabolisom caused by hormone.
