摘要 目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与脑血管畸形的关系。方法:选择脑血管畸形患者50例作为观察组,同时选择50例体检中心的正常人作为对照组,取两组患者的血液,对比MMP-2水平。结果:观察组血清MMP-2水平在发病第1天、第7天和第14天均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而且观察组血清MMP-2水平在第7天明显高于第1天和第14天(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2的表达异常与脑血管畸形呈正相关关系。 Objective To study the relation between matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) and the cerebral vascular malformations.Method The patients with cerebral vascular malformations was selected as the experimental group(n=50),and 50 healthy adults as the control group(n=50).The level of MMP-2 in the blood between the two groups was contrasted.Results The levels of MMP-2 in the experimental group exceeded which of the control group on the first,the seventh and the fourteenth day after the onset(P0.05).And within the experimental group,the levels of MMP-2 on the seventh day exceeded which on the first,the fourteenth day after the onset(P0.05).Conclusion The level of MMP-2 has positive correlation with the cerebral vascular malformations.
