大功率钬激光结合硬输尿管镜处理肾中上盏结石35例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索大功率钬激光结合硬输尿管镜处理肾中上盏结石临床疗效。方法:用爱科凯能ACU-H2型(60 W)钬激光治疗仪结合德国wolf公司Fr8.0/9.8输尿管硬镜下治疗肾中上盏结石35例(38侧),观察其疗效。结果:全部病例均能一次手术完成,手术时间平均32 min,平均住院时间(4±0.46)d;术后随访2~12个月,未见复发病例。结论:大功率钬激光结合硬输尿管镜处理肾中上盏结石是一种可行的微创、安全、疗效优良的方法。 Objective To explore the efficacy of high-power holmium laser with hard ureteroscopic treatment on the kidney calyx stones.Method Accu-Tech 60 W high-power holmium laser treatment was combined with the German company Fr8.0/9.8 ureter wolf hard on light microscopy of renal stones in 35 patients(38 sides).The group of 35 patients,aged 28~62 years old,the average of 42.6 years old.Male in 23 cases and female in 12 cases.Results All the patients got complete operation,the average operation time was 32 min,the mean hospital stay was(4±0.46) d.After follow-up of 2~12 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusion High-power holmium laser with hard ureteroscopic treatment on kidney stones in the upper calyx is a feasible micro-invasive,safe and effective method.
