美施康定治疗晚期肿瘤重度疼痛65例临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment on 65 patients with severe pain caused by advanced tumor with morphine sulfate

目的:观察美施康定治疗晚期肿瘤重度疼痛止痛疗效。方法:65例患者男38例,女27例;年龄33～87岁,疼痛程度Ⅲ度(按WHO主诉疼痛分级),初始治疗剂量为30 mg羊施康定,每12小时口服一次,观察2～3 d,疼痛缓解不明显递增到为90 mg/12 h。结果:缓解率达93.85%,显效81.55%,无效6.15%。结论:美施康定在治疗中晚期癌症疼痛中有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of morphine sulfate in treating severe pain of tumor in later period.Method All 65 patients,male in 38 cases,female in 27 cases,the age between 38~87 years,pain of stage Ⅲ（WHO pain intensity scale）.Morphine sulfate dose：initial 30 mg,q12 h,taking orally,after 2~3 days′ observation,if the pain did not relief,gradually to maximum 90 mg/12 h.Results The remission rate was 93.85%,the excellence rate was 81.55% and the ineffective rate was 6.15%.Conclusion Morphine sulfate is applicable in treating patients with severe pain caused by advanced tumor.
