摘要
计算机图像处理技术是通过计算机设备体现人们的视觉能效，将所测定的对象以数字图像的形式体现出来，通过模拟人类的判断标准去认识和解释图像的技术，本文通过对该技术发展的阐释以及图像数字化过程中对该技术应用的研究，进一步展现出计算机图像处理技术的勃勃生机。
Computer image processing technology is reflected by people＇s visual computer equipment energy efficiency,the object to be measured in the form of digital image reflected by the criterion to simulate human understanding and interpretation of image technology,the development of this technology through the interpretation and digital image process technology in the research,and further demonstrate the vitality of computer image processing technology.
