非小细胞肺癌患者体内中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白和核因子-κB的表达及其与化疗患者预后的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutro-philgelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)是载脂蛋白家族成员,定位于染色体9q34上,与小鼠癌基因产物24p3高度同源[1],可能是人类的一种新的癌基因,近年来受到人们的重视.研究结果显示,NGAL基因在肿瘤组织和细胞系中表达增高,猜测其与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后存在着一定的关系,但其作用机制尚不清楚.
