摘要
在１２ 条麻醉开胸犬上，用微米狭窄器缩窄冠脉造成急性心肌缺血，以左心室排血时间（ＬＶＥＴ）、排血前时间（ＰＥＰ）、等容收缩时间（ＩＣＴ）、ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ比值和ＩＣＴ／ＬＶＥＴ比值为指标，观察心肌缺血时血府逐瘀汤用药前后心脏功能的改变。结果表明，急性心肌缺血时ＬＶＥＴ缩短，ＰＥＰ，ＩＣＴ，ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ值增大，给药后。
Acute myocardial ischemia was caused by a micrometer constrictor in 12 open chest mongrel dogs under anesthesia. The effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction on myocardial ischemia models was observed by measuring the left ventricular ejection time (LVET), pre ejection period (PEP), isovolumic contraction time (ICT),PEP/LVET ratio and ICT/LVET ratio. The results showed that the PEP,ICT,PEP/LVET and ICT/LVET were significantly increased,the LVET was shortened in myocardial ischemia. In the treated group after taking the drug, the heart function was significantly improved.
