860MHz微波电磁辐射对豚鼠双任务眨眼条件反射行为的影响 被引量:2

Effects of 860 MHz electromagnetic radiation on dual task eyeblink conditioning in guinea pigs

摘要 目的观察860MHz微波电磁辐射对痕迹性和延迟性眨眼条件反射双任务豚鼠模型的影响。方法采用抽签法将24只已建立双任务模型的豚鼠随机分为辐射1h组、辐射20min组、假辐射组和正常对照组,每组6只。辐射1h组和辐射20min组豚鼠头部接受频率为860MHz、功率密度为1.0mW/cm。的电磁辐射,每日1次,每次分别辐射1h和20min,连续3d,假辐射组和正常对照组豚鼠不进行辐射,辐射结束后各组均进行眨眼条件反射训练。结果与正常对照组豚鼠相比,辐射1h组豚鼠的痕迹性和延迟性眨眼条件反射的习得率、峰幅度有明显下降(P〈0.05),潜伏期无明显变化(P〉0.05),辐射20min组、假辐射组和正常对照组的行为学参数均无明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论860MHz、1.0mW/cm。、持续1h的微波电磁辐射可以使豚鼠眨眼条件反射两种任务的习得率和峰幅度均有显著下降,对豚鼠的学习记忆能力有影响。 Objective To observe the effects of 860 MHz microwave radiation on an established dual task model of trace and delay eyeblink conditioning in guinea pigs. Methods Twenty-four guinea pigs with an estab-lished dual task model of trace and delay eyeblink conditioning were assigned randomly into four groups: a micro-wave-exposed 1 h group, a microwave-exposed 20 min group, a sham-exposed group and a normal control group. The guinea pigs in the 1 h and 20 min groups were irradiated on the head daily for 3 days using 860 MHz electro- magnetic radiation at a power density of 1 mW/cm2 for 1 h and for 20 min, respectively. After radiation the guinea pigs were trained with classica| dual task eyeblink conditioning. Results Compared with the normal control group, the behavioral parameters ( acquisition rate and peak amplitude of trace and delay eyeblink) of guinea pigs in the microwave-exposed 1 h group had decreased significantly with no obvious change in latency. The behavioral parameters of guinea pigs in the microwave-exposed 20 min group, the sham-exposed group and the normal control group showed no obvious change. Conclusions Microwave radiation at 860 MHz and 1.0 mW/cm2 for 1 h can cause changes in dual trace and delay eyeblink conditioning in guinea pigs and decrease learning and memory capacity.
