摘要
为了对永磁直线电机的失步进行预防控制,分析垂直运行的永磁直线同步电动机失步故障的原因,确定失步故障发生前的故障征兆和失步故障发生前的相关参数的变化趋势和大小,以及永磁直线同步电动机的供电电压与电流、电机推力、运行功率角、运行速度、定子电枢绕组与动子永磁体之间的气隙等关键故障特征参数的检测方案,对预防同步直线电动机失步具有重要参考价值.
In order to prevent the out-of-step accident,the factors that cause the out-of-step of the vertical-moving PMLSM is analyzed,the fault symptom before the PMLSM begins to be out-of-step as well as the main electric parameters and its variation that can reflect the out-of-step fault symptom of the vertical-moving PMLSM are obtained.The measurement schemes of physicial quantities,such as the supply voltage or current,the motor thrust,the operating power angle,the operating speed,and the air gap between permanent magnets and stator armature winding are established.
