摘要
通过对中国国家知识产权局近20年公开的LED应用类专利申请文件进行检索与统计,本文定性与定量地分析出如控制驱动类、室内照明、景观灯饰、道路照明、LED背光源及材料、显示类专利、汽车照明、特种照明等LED应用领域的专利分布结构,了解各省市、国外企业的专利分布,研究出国内企业的主要竞争对手,为我国企业规划发展目标与部署未来专利策略提供有价值的参考依据。
Based on the statistic derived from patent on LED application area publicated by State Intellectual Property Office of The P.R.C,the paper introduces a qualitative and quantative analysis of LED aaplication area sush as control driving,indoor lighting,sight lighting,road lighting,LED backlighting relative material,display,automotive lighting,special lighting and so on.Furthermore,it shows the distribution of patent applicants from each province and foreingn enterprise,and then shows the rival of domestic enterprise,to provide the vauluable reference for domenstic enterprise establishing development goal and futrue patent strategy.
