KLK8及Maspin在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其相关性分析
摘要
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道恶性肿瘤之一，多见于老年妇女，好发的平均年龄在60岁左右。近年来子宫内膜癌的发病率有上升趋势，已占到女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的20％～30％，严重威胁着妇女的健康。根据发病原因子宫内膜癌分为雌激素依赖型和非雌激素依赖型，其发病机制仍不明确，随着分子生物学的迅速发展，对子宫内膜癌的发病机制在基因和转录水平进行了深入探索。
