灵芝孢子油对人胃腺癌细胞BGC823的抑制作用

Inhibition of Glossy Ganoderma Spore Oil to Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma BGC823 Cell

目的观察灵芝孢子油(GSSO)对BGC823细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移的影响,探讨其对胃腺癌细胞的影响。方法 GSSO干预BGC823后,CCK-8检测细胞增殖的变化,流式检测细胞凋亡的变化,Tran-swell实验检测细胞迁移的变化。结果与对照组(溶剂DMSO)相比,GSSO剂量依赖性地抑制BGC823细胞的增殖(P<0.05);体积分数>0.005%时,即可促进细胞凋亡(P<0.001)。与对照组相比较,灵芝孢子油体积分数达到0.005%,即可显著性抑制BGC823细胞迁移(P<0.001)。结论孢子油能显著抑制BGC823细胞增殖和迁移,促进BGC823细胞凋亡。

Objective To investigate the effects of Glossy ganoderma spore oil（GSSO） on the proliferation,apoptosis and migration of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell BGC823.Methods After BGC823 cells were treated with GSSO,the inhibition growth efficacy was determined using cell count kit（CCK-8）,and cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry,cell migrating ability was determined by cell migration assay.Results Compared with control（DMSO solvent）,GSSO concentration-dependently inhibited the BGC823 cell proliferation（P0.05）;from the result of flow cytometry,GSSO could induce the apoptosis of BGC823 cell when its concentration was in excess of 0.005 %（P0.001）.GSSO inhibited the BGC823 cell migration significantly when the GSSO＇s concentration attained to 0.005%（P0.001）.Conclusion GSSO could inhibit the proliferation and cell migration obviously and induced apoptosis of BGC823 cell.
