凝固过程中椭圆形颗粒对晶粒生长影响的相场法模拟 被引量:1

摘要 用相场法模拟了凝固过程中椭圆形钉扎颗粒对晶粒长大的影响,考虑了不同长短轴比下的椭圆形颗粒对单位面积内晶粒数目、晶粒平均半径、晶粒尺寸分布以及晶粒所占面积分数的影响。结果表明,长短轴之比越小(短轴越长),颗粒对晶粒的钉扎作用就越弱,晶粒数目会越少,晶粒所占的面积分数会越来越大,平均晶粒尺寸也会越来越大,晶粒尺寸分布会越来越不均匀,发生晶粒异常长大的几率就会越来越大。 The effect of elliptical particle on the grain growth was studied by phase-field method.The effects of the different ratio of long-short axes of elliptical particle on the grain average radius,grain size distribution,and the area fraction of grain in unit area were considered.The results show that,the pinning effect reduces,the grain number lessens,the area fraction augments,the average radius of grain largens,and the grain size disribution becomes asymmetric,all following the reduce of the ratio of long-short axes.
