摘要
建立了Waspaloy高温合金材料流变应力本构模型以及高温合金涡轮盘复合包套锻压工艺有限元仿真模型,利用Deform 3D有限元软件研究了包套厚度、绝热材料和工艺参数对高温合金成形特性的影响。结果表明:适当增加复合包套厚度、提高开锻温度均可使坯料获得均匀的温度场,降低变形抗力与成形载荷,同时避免模具温度过高,提高了模具使用寿命;研究还表明包套材料导热系数对坯料温度场、应力场和载荷的影响较小。
The constitutive model of superalloy Waspaloy flow stress and the finite element model of the composite sheathed forging process for the superalloy turbine disc were established.The effects of the thickness of sheath,insulation material and technical parameters on the properties of forming were studied by FEM software Deform3D.The results show that the homogeneous temperature field are acquired by increasing the thickness of sheath.Besides,the deforming resistance and forming pressure are reduced markedly by avoiding the over-high die temperature and prolonging the die life.However,the heat conductivity of the sheath material has little effects on the temperature field,stress field and load.
