摘要 提出了转向节预成形优化设计新工艺。针对某转向节半封闭式锻造成形过程,利用有限元法进行了数值模拟分析,研究了坯料四个关键部位尺寸对成形质量的影响;通过模拟转向节成形过程,预测成形缺陷,确定了预成形优化工艺参数。结果表明,通过预成形优化设计,成功解决了成形过程中的缺陷,有效地降低了最大成形载荷,提高了模具寿命,在很大程度上减少了试模时间和生产成本,提高了生产效率。 A new optimizing process design of knuckle in pre-forging was presented.Aiming at the half-closed forging process of knuckle,the four key parts in forming technology were discussed with finite element analysis.The forging defects were forecasted by simulation,then the optimizing preforming process parameters used were acquired.The results show that,after optimizing design,the defects in the forming process were solved,the forming load effectively reduces,and the die service life improves.The optimizing design of knuckle can save test time and production cost,and can greatly increase production efficiency.
