轮毂轴管终锻成形模具设计技术

Die Design Technology of Final Forming for Hub Axle Tube

摘要 根据某规格汽车轮毂轴管零件的形状尺寸特点,设计了预锻毛坯和终锻成形方案,并对成形方案进行了工艺和模拟分析。模拟结果显示,金属变形仅局限于端部,金属能正确成形锻件形状,杆部不再发生变形,其内孔的斜面形状保持不变,冲头的长度可适当减短。设计了终锻成形模具,模具采用楔块结构,使凹模能左右开启,从而使锻件脱模容易。该模具结构使锻件的外形略去拔模斜度,材料利用率提高约12.5%。该成形方案合理可行,对生产有一定的指导意义。 According to the characters of shape and dimensions of a vehicle hub axle,the preforming billet and final forging scheme using tube billet was designed,the process analysis and simulation for the scheme were finished.The simulation results show that the metal deformation is only limited on the end,and the forgings' shape can be rightly gotten;no metal flows into the bar,which makes the shape of the bar maintain same and shorten the length of the punch head.The final forging die with two wedge blocks is designed,which structure can make the die moving in left-right direction,the forgings can easily remove form the die.The forging die has no draft angle and the material utilization rate is increased about 12.5%.The forming scheme is feasible and has some guiding significance for manufacturing parts.
