c-erbB-2和PCNA在子宫内膜良恶性病变表达的定量研究

A Quantitative Study of Expression of c-erbB-2, PCNA in Benign and Malignant Endometrium

目的：探讨宫内膜良恶性病变癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞体数密度有无明显差别。方法：应用免疫组化技术对１０８ 例宫内膜增生过长、宫内膜癌中癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＰＣＮＡ表达的阳性细胞进行体视学计数。结果：在宫内膜恶性病变中两者阳性细胞的体数密度明显高于良性病变，差别有统计学意义（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。

Objective: If any difference in benign and malignant lesions of endometrium on expression of c erbB 2 and PCNA by immunohistochemical quantitative assessment. Methods: Cellular density of c erbB 2 protein, PCNA expression by immunostaining and quantitative assessment was performed in 108 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma and various hyperplasia. Results: The positive cell density of c erbB 2 and PCNA revealed a distinct difference between malignant and benign endometrial lesions. Conclusions: Expression of c erbB 2 and PCNA in malignant endometrial lesions showed higher than those in benign lesions by a immunohistochemically quantitative assessment and it could be as a index for differential diagnosis in those lesions.
