干热环境对野外作业工人健康的影响

Effects of Arid and Hot Environment on the Health of Oil Field Workers

目的：研究干热环境对野外作业工人健康的影响。方法：通过对抽样人群的调查，研究干热环境野外油田作业人群常见病及其神经行为、生理机能和血流动力学、免疫学指标、体内微量元素和血清ＳＯＤ、ＭＡＤ等指标的变化。结果：与对照组比较野外作业人群神经行为组合测试有明显异常改变；体内钠、钾、钙、镁和铁等元素丢失增加；外周循环量和组织间液容量明显增加，微循环的自律运动加强。结论：干热环境对野外作业人群健康已产生不良影响，虽然大多数野外作业人群已逐渐达到热习服，但定期健康监测和采取适当的保健措施是十分必要的。

Objective: To investigate the effects of arid and hot environment on oil worker's health. Methods: the prevalence of common diseases: neurobehivior, physiological reaction and changes of hemodynamics; the level of micro elements in hair,blood,and urine; serum SOD, MAD and immune index of oil field workers were measured and compared with that of the control. Results: There were significant abnormal changes of neurobehivior on oil field workers,including low scores of number decode, the degree of hand himbling , target following, and reaction time prolonging. Abnormal emotions such as feeling depressing,nervous and anxious in oil field workers were also significantly more than that of the control.Elements losting including K,Ca,Na,Mg and Fe in oil field workers were significantly more than that of the control.The results also showed that the peripheral blood volume, the inter tissue fluid volume and the rhythmic activity of the microcirculation in oil field workers were higher than that of the control. Conclusion: Arid and hot environment had effects on oil field worker's health.It was suggested that although most of the oil field workers got heat acclimatization, regular check up and protective measures should be taken.
