The Range of Medical Reference Value Detected with B Ultrasonoscope for Neonate Biliary System

目的：估计新生儿胆系Ｂ超检测医学参考值范围。方法：对６３４ 例正常新生儿胆系进行Ｂ超检测，并在男女间、男女各组内早晚期之间、母儿血巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ 均阴性与均阳性的新生儿之间比较胆系Ｂ超测定值。结果：男女胆囊长径、横径之间相比有明显差异（Ｐ均＜ ０．０１），分别取其参考值范围，胆囊壁厚、肝总管内径比较无显著性差异。早晚期之间、母儿血ＣＭＶ－ＩｇＭ、ＣＭＶ－ＩｇＧ阴性与阳性的新生儿之间胆系Ｂ超测量值无显著性差异。所得胆系Ｂ超测定值呈正态分布，Ｐ＞ ０．２。结论：获得新生儿胆系Ｂ超检测医学参考值范围，其中胆囊长径：男１８．８５～２０．１５ ｍ ｍ ，女１４．９９～１５．３９ ｍ ｍ ；胆囊横径：男６．９３～７．４１ ｍ ｍ ，女５．３４～５．７０ ｍ ｍ ；胆囊壁厚１ｍ ｍ ；肝总管内径１～２ ｍ ｍ 。约４．４％ 胆囊不显像；３．３％ 左右肝管可以显像，但内径≤１ ｍ ｍ 。

Objective: To estimate the range of medical reference value detected with B ultrasonoscope for neonate biliary system. Method: The biliary system of 634 normal neonates were detected and measured by B ultrasonoscope. The measured values were compared between the male and female, the early and the late neonates, the negetive and the positive of CMV IgG、CMV IgM in the blood of the mothers and their neonates. Result: There was little difference except between males and females in the diameter and length of their gallbladders, P<0.01. Therefore,the ranges of reference values were obtained respectively. There was no difference in the thickness of gallbladder walls and the diameter of common hepatic duct between males and females. There was no difference in the values of the biliary system detceted between the negetive and the positive of CMV IgG、CMV IgM and the early and the late neonates. All detected values were normal distribution, P>0.2. Conclusion: The ranges of these medical reference values detected with B ultrasonoscope for neonate biliary system are as follows: the gallbladder length is 18.85～20.15mm for male; 14.99 ～ 15.39mm for female. The diameter is 6.93～7.41mm for male;5.34～5.70mm for female. The thickness of gallbladder wall is 1mm. The diameter of common hepatic duct is 1～2mm.About 4.4% of these gollbladders were not displayed. About 3.3% of the left or the right hepatic ducts could be displayed,but the diameter should be ≤1mm.
