SALL4在血液系统肿瘤中的作用

摘要 sALL4基因是维持胚胎干细胞多潜能分化和自我更新的重要调控基因。已证实SALL4基因在血液系统肿瘤中高表达,且在肿瘤发展的信号通路中起重要的调节作用。对SALL4作用机制的进一步研究在疾病诊断、评价预后及靶向治疗诸方面均具有广阔的应用前景。本文就近年来有关SALL4在血液系统肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
