中西医结合治疗重症肾病综合征疗效观察

Observations on curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on severe nephrotic syndrome

目的：比较中西医结合疗法和单纯西医药疗法治疗重症肾病综合征（ＳＮＳ）的疗效。方法：４０ 例ＳＮＳ患者随机分为治疗组（２０ 例，采用中西医结合治疗）和对照组（２０ 例，采用单纯西药治疗），比较２ 组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组缓解率（９５．０％ ）、开始达到缓解的时间〔（２７．０±９．７）日〕、１ 年内复发率（１０．５％ ）及激素不良反应发生率（３５．０％ ）均明显优于对照组〔８０．０％ 、（３７．９±８．９）日、１８．８％ 和６５．０％ 〕，Ｐ均＜ ０．０５。结论：中西医结合治疗可提高ＳＮＳ缓解率，提前使ＳＮＳ缓解，降低复发率，减轻激素的不良反应，是治疗ＳＮＳ的较好疗法。

Objective:To compare the curative effects between integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine(WM) and WM therapy alone on severe nephrotic syndrome(SNS).Methods: 40 patients with SNS were randomly divided into treated group ( n =20) which was treated with integrated TCM WM and control group which was treated with WM alone.The curative effects between two groups were compared.Results:After therapy in treated group the remission rate (95 0%),the time beginning to achieve the remission 〔(27 0±9 7)days〕,the recurrence rate within 1 year (10 5%),and the harmful reaction rate induced by steroid (35 0%) were all significantly superior to those 〔80 0%,(37 9±8 9)days,18 8%,and 65 0%〕 respectively in control group (all P <0 05).Conclusions:The treatment with integrated TCM WM for SNS is able to increase the remission rate,to move up the remission time of SNS,to reduce the recurrence rate,and to decrease the harmful reactions induced by steroid.It is a better method for treating SNS.
