“肾衰宁胶囊”治疗老年急性肾小管坏死疗效观察

Observations on curative effects of treatment with Shenshuaining Capsule(肾衰宁胶囊)for senile patients with acute tubular necrosis

目的：探讨“肾衰宁胶囊”治疗老年急性肾小管坏死（ＡＴＮ）的疗效。方法：将３８ 例老年ＡＴＮ患者随机分为治疗组２０ 例，对照组１８ 例。治疗组口服“肾衰宁胶囊”配合血液透析，对照组单纯血液透析。２组其他治疗基本相同。均４周为１ 个疗程。分别观察２ 组治疗前后临床症状、体征的改善及肾功能（尿量、尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮及内生肌酐清除率）恢复正常时间。结果：治疗组痊愈９ 例，显效８ 例，有效２ 例，无效１ 例，总有效率９５．０％ ；对照组痊愈４ 例，显效４ 例，有效５例，无效５ 例，总有效率７２．２％ ，２ 组总有效率比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。治疗组肾功能各项指标恢复正常时间明显短于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 或Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：口服“肾衰宁胶囊”配合血液透析治疗老年ＡＴＮ疗效优于单纯血液透析疗法。

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Shenshuaining Capsule(SSNC,肾衰宁胶囊) on senile patients with acute tubular necrosis(ATN).Methods:38 senile patients with ATN were randomly divided into treated group ( n =20) and control group ( n =18).The treated group was treated with SSNC combined with hemodialysis while the control group treated with hemodialysis alone meantime the other therapies were basically same and the therapeutic course was 4 weeks for both groups.The improvements of clinical symptoms and signs and the times for renal functions (urinary volume,proteinuria,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and creatinine clearance rate) to recover to normal were observed separately.Results:In treated group 9 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,1 cases was ineffective and the total effective rate was 95 0% but in control group 4 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,5 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 72 2%.The total effective rate in comparison between two groups had a significant difference ( P <0 05),furthermore the times for various parameters of renal functions to recover to normal in treated group were significantly shorter than those in control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:The treatments with SSNC combined with hemodialysis for senile patients with ATN in curative effects are significantly superior to those with hemodialysis alone.
