摘要
以NBR、纳米Fe3O4和纳米SrO.6Fe2O3为原料制备了NBR/Fe3O4复合材料与NBR/SrO.6Fe2O3复合材料。研究了不同纳米粒子含量时,两种复合材料中的物理机械性能变化、磁学性能以及复合材料中的纳米粒子分布。结果表明:随着纳米粒子的不断加入,复合材料的抗拉强度、300%定伸应力与扯断伸长率不断下降,但是硬度与门尼黏度不断提高。加入的纳米粒子在NBR基体中分布较为均匀。随着纳米Fe3O4粒子和纳米SrO.6Fe2O3含量的加大,复合材料的磁性能不断得到提高。两种复合材料均具有较好软磁性能,为该类复合材料的进一步应用奠定了基础。
The NBR/Fe3O4 composites and NBR/SrO·6Fe2O3 composites were prepared with NBR,nano-Fe3O4 and nano-SrO·6Fe2O3 as raw material.Magnetic properties and mechanical properties of the two composites were studied.The distribution of nano-particles were also analyzed.The results show that when adding different mass fraction of nano-particles,maximum elongation,300% stress at definite elongation and tensile strength of the two composites are decreased.Whereas shore A hardness and mooney viscosity of the two composites are improved.Nano-particles are well distributed in the two composites.Magnetic properties of two composites are closely related with mass fraction of nano-particles.Also,both the two composites have good soft magnetism properties,which lay the foundation for further applications of this kind of composites.
