卡托普利联用冬虫夏草制剂对Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病早期微白蛋白尿的影响

Influnces of treatment with captopril combined with cordyceps preparation on microalbuminuria of early diabetic nephropathy in Ⅱ type diabetes

目的：探讨卡托普利联用冬虫夏草对Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）早期微白蛋白尿的影响。方法：３８例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为２组，联合用药组１８ 例，卡托普利组２０ 例。测定治疗前后患者２４小时尿微白蛋白排泄率（ＵＡＥ）及内生肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）。结果：联合用药组降低ＵＡＥ总有效率９４．４％ ，显著优于卡托普利组（６５．０％ ，Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。联合用药组的内生肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）显著低于卡托普利组，Ｐ＜ ０．０１。结论：卡托普利与冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗ＤＮ早期，可降低尿微白蛋白，延缓ＤＮ 的发展，效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the influences of treatment with captopril combined with cordyceps preparation (CP) on microalbuminuria (MA) of early diabetic nephropathy (DN) in Ⅱ type diabetes. Methods: 38 patients with Ⅱ type diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,captopril combined with CP group (A group, n =18) and captopril alone group (B group, n =20).Before and after therapy the rates of urinary microalbumin excretion (UAE) of 24 hours and creatinine clearance were detected.Results:In A group the total effective rate (94 4%) for decreasing UAE was significantly superior to that (65 0%) in B group ( P <0 05),meanwhile the CCr in A group was significantly lower than that in B group ( P <0 01).Conclusions:The treatment with captopril combined with CP for early DN is able to decrease the MA and to delay the progression.Its curative effect is obvious.
