摘要 通过对新型高强韧耐磨钢的冲击强度,硬度和耐磨性的测试,利用SEM观察其金相组织与磨损形貌,研究了热处理工艺对新型高强韧耐磨钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,试样经过650~700℃(预热)×1~2 h+960~970℃(油淬)×2~3 h+250~270℃×6~8 h(回火)处理后其组织性能最好,此时试样基体组织为细小板条马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物。 We studied the impact of heat treatment process on the New high toughness and wear-resistant steel's tissue and mechanical properties,through the test to the New high-tough wear-resistant steel's impact toughness、hardness and wear,by observing its microstructure and wear morphology using SEM.The result show that,after the process of 650~700 ℃×1~2 h +960~970 ℃(oil quenching)×2~3 h+250~270 ℃×6~8 h(tempering),the sample's tissue properties are best.And at this moment,the sample matrix is the microstructure of small lath martensite、residual austenite and carbide.
