摘要
采用连续铸挤成形Al-5Ti-1B合金线,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了Al-5Ti-1B合金线的显微组织和晶粒细化效果,并与Al-5Ti-1B合金锭进行了比较。结果表明,连续铸挤Al-5Ti-1B合金线中TiAl3相呈细小圆块状,分布均匀,TiB2粒子弥散分布于铝基体;而Al-5Ti-1B合金锭中TiAl3相呈粗大板条状,TiB2粒子偏聚于铝晶界呈粗大团块状。Al-5Ti-1B合金线对纯铝的晶粒细化效果优于Al-5Ti-1B合金锭,纯铝加入Al-5Ti-1B合金线5 min后,晶粒尺寸达到最小。
The Al-5Ti-1B alloy rods were produced by castex process.The microstructure and refining efficiency of Al-5Ti-1B alloy rod were investigated by OM and SEM and compared with that of Al-5Ti-1B alloy ingot.Results show that: Al-5Ti-1B alloy rod with fine block-like TiAl3 and small TiB2 uniformly distributed in α-Al can be obtained by castex process.However,the distribution of TiAl3 in Al-5Ti-1B alloy ingot is inhomogeneous,TiB2 particle distribute along with grain boundary.The refining efficiency of Al-5Ti-1B alloy rod is better than that of Al-5Ti-1B alloy ingot.The minimum grain size of pure aluminum was obtained when adding 0.2% Al-5Ti-1B alloy rod and holding 5 min.
