水喷雾降温技术在铸造企业的应用

摘要 铸造企业夏季组织生产时都会遇到高温的难题,铸造企业不像其他一些企业可以封闭车间,采用中央空调系统控制工作环境的温度,并且铸造企业各工序基本都是高强度体力劳动,尤其是清砂、打磨等工序。夏季很多时候车间的温度都在35℃以上,这直接影响生产的正常进行。所以在夏季如何做好防暑降温工作,如何降低车间工作环境的温度就显得特别重要。本文介绍某新建螺旋桨厂应用纯水喷雾降温,控制车间温度的方法,该降温方案对铸造类企业有普遍的借鉴意义。
