重型颅脑损伤后内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽的动态变化及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨重型颅脑损伤后内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的动态变化及其意义。方法 :对 2 9例重型颅脑损伤病人 (GCS≤ 8分 )在伤后 6h内 ,3d ,7d测定血浆ET、CGRP含量 ,并与 36例正常人对照 ,分析其变化规律及与预后的关系。结果 :重型颅脑损伤后 6h内ET及CGRP含量即急剧升高 ,并在一周内始终维持在较高的水平。预后良好者 (GOS3~ 5组 ) ,早期ET含量及E/C比值均明显低于预后不良者 (GOS≤ 2组 )。而不同预后组间CGRP含量则无明显差异。结论 :对重型颅脑损伤患者进行ET。 Aim:To investigate the dynamic alteration and clinical implication of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) following severe brain trauma.Methods:Serum level of ET and CGRP in 29 severe brain trauma cases were measured within 6h,3d,7d after trauma.The results were compaired with 36 healthy persons.The changes and relationship of ET,CGRP with prognosis were analyzed.Results:The level of ET,CGRP increased dramatically within 6h after trauma and held at a high level in a week.The levels of ET and E/C in favourable prognosis group (GOS 3~5) are significantly lower than those in unfavourable group (GOS≤2).While the level of CGRP had no difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The measurement of ET and CGRP in severe brain trauma is useful for the early judgement on prognosis.
