摘要 随着机器人技术的不断发展,其在装备制造业中的推广应用越来越受到科研人员和企业的重视。在水轮机制造与修复领域,机器人技术已经被成功应用于水轮机转轮的焊接生产,水轮机过流部件的表面喷涂防护以及水轮机过流部件磨蚀破坏的检测与修复过程中。机器人技术的应用有效地推动了水轮机转轮制造与修复技术的发展,提高了生产效率与产品质量,有力地推动了水轮机制造行业的发展。 With the developing of robot technology,researchers and companies pay more attention on the application and dissemination in the equipment manufacturing industry.In the manufacturing and repairing field of hydraulic turbine,the robot technology are used in the welding of runners,surface spaying protection of hydraulic turbine flow-parts and the detection and repairing of corrosion zone in the flow-parts.The application of robot technology promotes the development of the manufacturing and repairing technology of hydraulic turbines.The productivity and products quality have been improved.Therefore,the development of hydraulic turbine manufacturing industry is effectively promoted by the robot technology.
