摘要
目的探讨颧-上颌骨复合骨折手术复位后采用上颌窦填塞固定方法的效果。方法回顾分析15例颧-上颌骨复合骨折手术复位后采用上颌窦填塞固定方法患者的临床资料。结果 15例术后面部外形全部恢复,患者康复后均无张口受限,无眼球内陷、复视,临床效果满意。结论该手术复位固定方法操作简便,复位确切可靠,切口隐蔽,损伤小,恢复快,费用低,可达到恢复面容外形及改善功能的目的 。
Objective To explore the effect of kpetrolatum gauze plugging after reduction of maxillary-zygoma fracture.Method The clinical data of 15 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases reverted to the original facial state after operation and had no limitations of mouth opening,enophthalmos and diplopia after rehabilitation.Conclusion It is convenient and cosmetic after precise reduction of maxillary-zygoma fracture.
