原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤1例报告

Primary central nervous system lymphoma:a case report

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,50岁,因"双下肢乏力,行走不稳1周"入院。查体:生命体征正常,神清语利。颅神经检查阴性,右下肢痛觉略减退,双下肢肌力4级,肌张力正常,右侧Babinski征(+),余体格检查未见异常。腹部B超示肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、双肾、脾脏未见异常。胸片正常。
