摘要 [目的] 探讨接触有机镓对动物骨镓、骨钙和骨磷含量的影响。[方法] 采用亚急性和慢性动物染毒实验,将不同剂量的有机镓灌胃,分别观察不同时间后大鼠的一般状况及处死后股骨中镓、钙、磷的含量及钙/磷比值。[结果] 亚急性染毒各剂量组动物股骨中镓及磷含量与对照组差别显著(P< 0.01),而骨钙值只有12m g/kg 剂量组与对照组有显著差异。慢性染毒各剂量组动物骨镓、钙、磷均与对照组差别显著(P< 0.05)。而实验组与对照组的骨中钙/磷比例却未见明显差异。给药期间动物未见明显体重影响及不良反应。[结论] 短期和长期接触有机镓均对大鼠骨镓及骨代谢有一定影响。 Objective] Study was conducted to explore the influence of an organogallium compound,2 dimethyl aminocyclohexoxy dimethyl gallium on the gallium,calcium and phosphorus level in rat bones.[Methods]The organogallium compound was given rats by gavage at different doses in subchronic and chronic experiments.The general status of rats was observed and interested elements in femurs were measured.[Results]In subchronic experiment,the bone gallium increased with increase of the dose,but the bone phosphorus decreased ( P <0.01),the bone calcium significantly increased only at a dose of 12 mg/kg.In chronic experiment,gallium,calcium and phosphorus levels were significantly different between treatment groups and control group( P <0 05),but not the ratio of calcium to phosphorus.There was no effect of treatment on growth and general status during experiments.[Conclusion]In subchronic and chronic experiments the certain effects of the organogallium compound tested on bone gallium level and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus were found.
