摘要
分析了直缝埋弧焊管直度偏差对钢管交货、钢管防腐和钢管生产检验进度的影响,探讨了钢管生产过程中直度偏差形成的原因,并提出防止直度偏差产生的建议,为直缝埋弧焊管生产过程中的尺寸精度控制提供理论依据。
The paper analyzes the effect of straightness tolerance of longitudinal submerged-arc welded pipe on the schedule of the delivery, corrosion prevention, inspection and production of steel pipes. Then causes of straightness tolerance in the production of steel pipes are explored, coupled with some suggestions about the prevention of straightness tolerance. This study provides some theoretical basis for the dimensional accuracy control in the manufacture of LSAW pipe.
