摘要 将μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统移植到LPC2214处理器中,结合石化行业对流量计量方面的实际需求,研发出一套嵌入式流量计量控制仪。通过实时多任务系统对所有任务的调度管理,克服了普通计量控制仪实时性差、抗干扰能力弱的缺点。控制仪采集流量计数据,计算实时流量和累计流量,控制电磁阀、泵等执行机构,完成定量装车。同时对液体、气体的流量进行实时的温度补偿,有效提高了计量精度。在TCPIP协议栈的辅助下,易于构建集散控制系统,可将装车数据快速、安全、便捷地向监控中心传送,解决了传统计量控制仪布线难的问题。 From embedded operating system-μC/OS-Ⅱ transplanting into LPC2214 controller,an embedded flow metro-logic instrument was designed according to real demand for measure flow from petrol wharf industry.μC/OS-II operating system arranged all the tasks in the system well,from which disadvantage of traditional flow metro-logic instrument has been overcome,such as low real time,low stability and so on.Embedded flow metro-logic instrument controlled values,pumps and other devices to finish loading process according to measure the data from flow meter.At the same time,the working temperature was calculated during loading to compensate flow,from which metro-logic instrument precision was developed.With TCPIP protocol,distributed control system could be constructed easily.All the data and status during loading was sent to remote monitor control center from TCPIP network with less wire than traditional instrument.
