摘要
人大对党实施宪法法律监督,既是推动中国社会主义民主政治建设,实现民主宪政的要求,也是进一步巩固党的执政地位的需要。要通过完善宪法法律制度,明确人大对党监督的内容、方式、途径和程序,使人大对党的监督逐步实现规范化、制度化、法治化。
NPC＇s constitutional supervision on the CCP is not only the request of pushing forward to the construction of socitdist democracy with Chinese characteristics and achieving democratic constitutionalism, but also the demand of strengthening the party＇s ruling position. By replenishing constitutional system, we must make sure of the content, pattern, approach and procedure of the supervision, and make it standardization, institutionalization and legalization gradually.
