丝光沸石/氧化铝陶瓷膜的合成及渗透分离性能的研究

摘要 以硅溶胶和铝酸钠分别为硅源和铝源,用水热合成法在多孔氧化铝陶瓷管载体上合成出丝光沸石膜.用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和核磁共振等手段对所制得的沸石膜进行了表征,证明其交联良好、覆盖完全、附着强度高.并且研究了丝光沸石膜在醇/水混合体系中的分离性能,实验结果表明,丝光沸石膜能选择性地透过水,其水/甲醇、水/乙醇、水/正丙醇和水/异丙醇的分离系数最高可分别达到2700(Xw=50%),3900(Xw=50%),4100(Xw=15%)和4300(Xw=50%)。 Using silica sol(40% SiO2) and sodium aluminate(43% Al2O3) as sources of silica and alumina respectively,the mordenite membrane was prepared on porous alumina ceramic support by hydrothermal method.The mordenite membrane was characterized by SEM,XRD and NMR.The results show that the mordenite membrane has excellent intergrowth,full coverage and little impurity.The membrane displays high water permselective performance in the pervaporation test of alcohol/ water mixture.The highest separation factors of water/ methanol,water/ ethanol,water/ n-propanol and water/ ipropanol are 2700(molar fraction of water Xw= 50%),3900(Xw= 50%),4100(Xw= 15%) and 4300(Xw= 50%),respectively.
