分析以往建筑智能化常见设计模式的弊端,提出改进后的建筑智能化设计模式,其施工图设计图纸,既要满足业主招投标需求及使用需求,又能指导施工,从而保证建筑智能化系统的规范施工、节约投资、经济适用、技术先进。

This paper discusses the disadvantages of the previous design mode of intelligent building, and puts forward a improved design mode. The construction design drawing of this new mode can meet owners＇ requirements for bidding and use, and also can serve as an instruction to the construction, so as to achieve a standard, economical construction of the intelligent building with less investment and advanced technology.
