摘要
介绍了一种基于AT89C51单片机和CPLD构成的转矩转速测量系统。它利用CPLD工作频率高的特点,采用高频脉冲插值法进行精确地计数。结合单片机系统,完成对数据的处理。系统硬件构成简单、工作可靠、测量实时性好、精度高、抗干扰能力强、既可测高速下的转矩,也可测低速下的转矩。
Based on the AT89C51 Chip Microcomputer and CPLD,a measuring system for torque and rotational speed has been built.An interpolation algorithm fully making use of the characteristic of CPLD high frequency is designed used for the grating torque sensor.The output data is managed with microcontroller.With simple hardware constitution,it works reliably,fast measuring,high measuring accuracy,excellent anti-interferenceperformance,and it can not only measure the torque under high rotational speed but also the torque under slow rotational speed.
