几种常见植物资源用于降低鸡蛋胆固醇的研究概况 被引量:1

摘要 利用植物资源降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量具有绿色、安全,消费者易于接受等优势。在简要介绍鸡蛋胆固醇沉积机制的基础上,综述了大蒜、茶叶、紫花苜蓿、守宫木、繁穗苋等几种常见植物资源用作饲料添加剂以降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的研究概况。
