摘要
火力发电机组的发电机内存在强烈的电磁干扰,常使多数温度测点在DCS显示异常。为消除给机组安全运行带来的影响,通过对干扰信号特性、通道抗干扰能力以及测量回路接地方式的逐一分析,发现串模干扰信号过大、测量回路接地方式错误是引起温度测量异常的真正原因,并根据不同的情况提出了解决问题的方法。该研究结果对电厂发电机内部测温异常的故障诊断具有普遍指导意义。
Due to strong electromagnetic interference exists inside power generator,in displays of the DCS,many temperature measurements are in abnormal.Through one by one analysis on the features of interference signals,anti-interference capability of the channel,and the grounding means of the measuring loops,it is found that the serial mode interference is too large,while the genuine reason is the incorrect grounding mean of the measuring loops.The solutions are proposed in accordance with different conditions,these research results are worth to be consulted for fault diagnosis on abnormality in temperature measurement inside generator.
